The Healthiest, Most Delicious Meatloaf of Your Life and it’s HCG Approved!
About a year ago I tried the HCG weight loss plan. It is the hormone pregnant women produce to help burn those calories. There are different ways to take HCG, but I took mine by giving myself a shot. Now on the diet portion you can only have 500 calories a day during stage 1. Stage 2 you have a little more wiggle room and that’s when I found this amazing recipe. I made minor adjustments here and there.
This recipe is so good; my Mom may have some competition, just kidding Mom. I love you!! ♥♥♥ But seriously, you want to try this!
Ingredients:
• 1 lb. lean beef
• 1 tsp A1 or bbq sauce
• 10 crackers, I like to substitute 2 grissini’s or melba toast crackers (ground into powder)
• 4-5 cloves minced garlic
• 1 tsp dehydrated minced onion, I like to chop up real onions
• 1/2 tsp allspice
• 1/4 tsp sage
• Pepper to taste
• Sugar free ketchup
I also like to add a cup of beef broth in the glass pan.
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375.
2. In small bowl, combine all ingredients, except the beef broth, and form into a meatloaf.
3. Place in glass dish, pour the beef broth over the meat, cover, and bake 25-30 mins.
4. Uncover dish, add bbq sauce or sugar free ketchup to top, and bake 5-10 additional mins.
5. Serve immediately with bbq sauce or sugar free ketchup for dipping.
Serving size is 3.5 oz or about 100 g. If you don’t have a scale this would be about the size of a deck of cards.
